Notice of LWQS AGM & Fix Ohau Wall Update
The Annual General Meeting for the LakesWater Quality Society will be held on Monday 1 June 2026 (the Monday of Kings Birthday Weekend) from 10.00 am to 12.30 pm.
A light lunch will be available after the meeting.
The AGM will be held at Ngati Pikiao Rugby League Club Rooms, Takinga St Mourea.

Annual General Meeting First Announcement
2026 has got off to another busy start as the current funding for the Rotorua Lakes Restoration Programme comes to an end and that there is a need to reshape the way a future programme develops. There is still much to be achieved to ensure that the Rotorua Lakes are managed in a long-term sustainable manner with the collaborative efforts of our whole Rotorua Community.
Join with us on Monday 1 June 2026 to get an update on what has been happening and to contribute to where our Society needs to go in the future.
After the Annual General Meeting there will be a open meeting to provide the community with updates on the water quality of Lake Rotoiti and the Ohau Channel Diversion Wall.
