LRCA AGM - Important Information
Our AGM is on Sunday, 2nd of January at 10 am at the Pikiao Sports & Recreation Inc. Takinga St, Mourea.
With the move to Orange in the Traffic Light System happening just in time, we can go ahead with our AGM without limiting numbers, provided we sight vaccine passes and attendants sign in upon entry. The Pikiao Rugby League Club also requires this for use of their facilities.
We wish to be inclusive of everyone. Whilst it isn't possible to have anyone who is currently not double vaccinated attend in person, (or indeed anyone who is sick at the time), the full meeting minutes will be available on our website for all. We had hoped to stream the meeting online but unfortunately we have been unable to achieve this.
We will also be requiring you to scan the QR code, (for contact tracing) and sign an attendance register (to fulfil the Orange Traffic Light System and our AGM requirements to sign in all attendees).
Please come prepared with a mask (or mask exemption). If you could also BYOC (bring your own chair), that would be preferable & mean you can choose the social distancing that feels right for you.
Please check this website or our Facebook page for updates on the morning of the 2nd in case unsuitable weather or a change in Covid restrictions means we need to change the format or even postpone the meeting.
