Funding Needed For Lake Weed Management

A number of our members and resident groups have submitted requests to BoPRC’s DAP for increased funding to deliver a targeted lake weed management programme for Lake Rotoiti, particularly in the Ōkere arm and outlet areas which often only receive reactive responses, and are unprotected from Lake Rotorua nutrient discharges to the Kaituna river.
